If i was the victim's family i would tell them that it wouldn't be right to let the killer out just because. But, it should depend on how it all went down and also who was in the wrong and who was in the right. If the inmate have death penalty ,that would be the time to look and found out what went wrong. Honestly I don't take other people sides.
